About – Rhiannon Lewis
Rhiannon has been a Personal Trainer since 2011, and continues to maintain her skillset in the fitness industry. Most recently qualifying as a Precision Nutrition Coach; Rhiannon provides comprehensive Nutrition coaching to clients to ensure they achieve their health and fitness goals.
It is paramount to Rhiannon that her client’s enjoy their training programmes, and are continually challenged to reach the next level. Rhiannon is proud to have clients who have trained with her for over 7 years, from the very beginning.
Rhiannon is a great believer in maintaining the balance between home, work, and social commitments to enjoy a healthy, active lifestyle.
Rhiannon is experienced in Running having completed numerous races over the years including 3 Marathons, Trail Races including Excalibur 10k (which she placed first female in 2018) and a number of Half Marathon and 10k’s. If you are interested in running, Rhiannon can help you to take your first steps and reach your full potential.
Rhiannon takes great pride in building a relationship with each client to determine exactly what their goals are. Goals can be difficult to achieve on your own, but with the structure involved in Personal Training, Rhiannon will guide you through exactly what you need to do for success.
