Join us for some fantastic outdoor exercise! Make the most of the brighter days and take your training outdoors with our fun and friendly workouts. Cardiovascular fitness, strength, toning, flexibility – we include all of the above, in a well balanced, tip to toe workout.
This May we kick off with a 3-week block of weekly sessions every Wednesday 6-7pm at Greasby. (We have the option of a fourth session in the last week of May which we can discuss as a group nearer the time.) We will focus on cardiovascular fitness for this block, which will put you in a great position if you are thinking about competing in any race this year, and for generally feeling fit and healthy.
If you are feeling super energetic throughout the week, there will be some aspects of the workouts that can be completed at home! If you’d like the workout breakdown, let me know at the end of the session.
