In April 2019 Rhiannon successfully completed the final exam as part of her Precision Nutrition qualification. This is fantastic news and Rhiannon is delighted to be introducing comprehensive Nutrition coaching to her services from May 2019.
Why is Nutrition so important?
As a Personal Trainer, I train people with health and fitness goals which include improving performance, lowering body fat %, increasing strength fitness and recovery . None of this is possible without good Nutrition.
Nutrition coaching goes far beyond “food is fuel”, and explores nutrient deficiencies, eating behaviours that can limit our results and social factors that influence our choices.
How can Nutrition Coaching help?
- Focus on the bigger picture – If your goal is fat loss, for example, we’ll also help you to lose body fat, whilst maintaining muscle and bone to keep you strong and active, and generally feeling and looking your best.
- Remove the barriers – We’ll coach you in behaviours that might be limiting your success, for example, emotional eating, to help you regain control and enjoy a balanced lifestyle.
- Review – Regular contact with your Nutrition coach throughout the week, gives you the opportunity to discuss your achievements, challenges and collaborate together to decide upon your next step. All of the time, progressing towards your ultimate goal.
- Flexibility – We’ll meet you at our studio, at home, a café or park – wherever you feel inspired at a time that suits.
